1) Accommodations:: You must make your own reservations. Use your credit card for this. Be sure and let them know that you are with the Southern National Congress (SNC)

• Motel Rooms: $69-$85 per night; king, king deluxe, or 2 double beds




• Chalets: $127 per night




• Cabins: $114 for 2 person or $117 for 4 person

All motel room, chalet, and cabin rentals are payable to Cheaha State Park and are your responsibility. Please go ahead and call to make your reservation. There is a cutoff date as to how long they will hold these accommodations. Cheaha Reservation # 800-846-2654

Note to all Alabama Delegates, SNC Officers and Committee Chairmen: You will be staying in the Bald Rock Lodge; site of the Congress meeting facilities. Email or call Steve for your room assignments. Your cost is $100.00 for your room for the weekend and should be mailed to Dennis Blanton along with your registration fee. If you are staying in the lodge the fee is for a bed in a room that has one or two other beds and will be shared with one or two others. If you need a private room or will have your spouse with you the additional fee will be $50. In any event, you must contact Steve Betsill in regards to the lodge accommodations. 2) SNC Registration Fee: $60.00 Includes all conference materials, conference room, Friday supper, Saturday lunch, Saturday supper, beverages, and snacks. It is imperative that you mail this fee in ASAP. Don't wait till then to mail it in, go ahead and do so today. Please mail your check to the address provided below.

Alabama Delegates, SNC Officers, Committee Chairmen, you also need to include your rooming fee of $100.00 along with your $60.00 registration fee. Spouses and children are $30.00 each to cover meals.
